Trans Carrier LTD or TCL on October 1st Aquired the shares of Backcountry Truckin' and the operating assets of Envirowest Drilling. The primary business of Backcountry is the hauling of contamintated soil in the Peace Region and Envirowest compliments the business by supplying a tracked mobile drill for drilling core samples for enviromental studies.
